1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 24oklaro ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 24oklaro website located at https://24oklaro.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 24oklaro platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 24oklaro platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 24oklaro or by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler in a capacity that violates applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

24oklaro reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of 24oklaro.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 24oklaro, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 24oklaro account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to forfeiture.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 24oklaro will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification: 24oklaro may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account activity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email or mobile number.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 24oklaro are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 24oklaro account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 24oklaro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 24oklaro reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• 24oklaro does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Any funds deposited that are suspected to originate from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

24oklaro offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.
• 24oklaro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records maintained by 24oklaro shall be the definitive reference.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 24oklaro platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games and betting markets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 24oklaro reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• For live dealer games, the decision of the dealer and the platform's game management system is final in all matters relating to game outcomes.
• For sports betting, 24oklaro reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or where the odds were published in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24oklaro platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform infrastructure. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 24oklaro staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

24oklaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 24oklaro regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24oklaro, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The total aggregate liability of 24oklaro to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 24oklaro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

24oklaro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 24oklaro cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide our services.

12. Account Termination

24oklaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 24oklaro.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

24oklaro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 24oklaro platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a 24oklaro player.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 24oklaro platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
